It’s the Law

FTC (Federal Trade Commission) passed a law about bloggers’ endorsements and testimonials and affiliate links. If you want to read about the law, you can click here.

I’ll save you some time and a boring read by giving you the “short version”….it means if someone pays you or gives you a free product or service in exchange for an endorsement or testimonial,  or if you receive income from the links on your site (affiliate links) you have to tell your readers.

Reviewed Products or Services

Normally the reviews on my site are NOT paid reviews. I do not receive any kind of compensation (money or free products) for writing a review. I invest my money to buy products and services that I review on my website.

In the event this changes, I will post that information in my review or blog post. I will do my best to give you an honest unbiased review no matter if I’m compensated for it or not.

Affiliate Links

Some of the links on my web site are affiliate links which means I earn a commission when you make buy through those links.  Basically any blue link you click on that takes you to another site is most likely an affiliate link. This is how I make money on the internet.

If you click a link and buy a product or service, you don’t pay anything extra when buying through my site.
