Ingredients and instructions on how to make Cupid Jello shots.
- 3 oz. Package Watermelon Jello
- 1 Cup Boiling Water
- 6-1/2 oz. Malibu® Rum
- 1-1/2 oz. Cold Water
- 7″ x 11″ Baking Pan
- Heart Shaped Cookie Cutter
- Parchment Paper
Stir Jello into boiling water until powder is completely dissolved. Allow to cool 20 minutes. Add rum and cold water and mix. Pour into a 7″ x 11″ baking pan and place in the fridge to set. Once the mixture has set, use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut into servings and then serve on a tray covered with parchment paper. This is a great treat for Valentine’s Day. Makes about 8-10 Cupid Jello shots.
